Find Your Ideal HÄN Size

For optimal results, we recommend using a fabric tape measure to determine your ideal body size. If needed, seek assistance from someone. It is suggested to wear minimal or no clothing during the measuring process.

1. Neck

Measure around the neck’s midpoint, slightly below the Adam’s Apple. Ensure there is enough room for your index finger to comfortably fit between your neck and the measuring tape.

2. Shoulders

Measure the distance from the left shoulder tip to the right shoulder, aligning with the shoulder blades. Hold the measuring tape straight for accuracy.

3. Chest

Encircle the measuring tape around your chest, positioning it just beneath the armpits. Lower your arms to your sides to ensure a relaxed measurement. Keep the tape slightly loose for comfort.

4. Sleeve

With your hand at your side, place the end of the measuring tape on the tip of your shoulder. Measure down to the point where your hand starts.

5. Waist

Measure around the waistline that aligns with your navel, where the waistband of your trousers naturally rests.

6. Inseam

Wearing suitable footwear, measure from your crotch to the desired length where the trousers should hang. Note that the inseam measurement may differ based on the trouser style.
